The first 92,407.000 euro of the sale price is exempt from transfer taxes. The buyer's costs for a house between 150,000 and 250,000 euro are between 3.5 to 5% (including notary costs). The ground can be purchased at a better price if it is bought during the build.
All houses and lots offered have official ownership papers and building permits given by local governments.

If a project is sold with a building permit, the buyer can choose his or her own architect and contractor.
Houses can also be produced “move in ready”, the buyer can make his or her wishes known during the build with regard to: the layout, tiles, colours, the kitchen, heating system and the landscape of the garden.
